OUR WORK

From the first weeks of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Assist Ukraine has delivered life-saving aid to civilians, medics, and defenders across Ukraine. Our work spans humanitarian relief, critical medical support, and tactical survival equipment—responding rapidly to evolving needs on the ground and sustaining support as the war continues.

In 2025, Assist Ukraine supported more than 60 brigades, cared for displaced civilians and orphaned children, and delivered vehicles, energy systems, medical supplies, communications equipment, and protective gear that directly save lives.

HUMANITARIAN RELIEF

We provide direct assistance to civilians affected by war, focusing on the most vulnerable—children, the elderly, and displaced families.

Key humanitarian support includes:

  • Ongoing assistance to orphaned children through trusted Ukrainian partners

    • Since 2022, support for over 800 children, with up to 120 cared for at any given time

  • Renovation materials and air-conditioning for housing displaced elderly civilians who lost homes and family members

  • Distribution of food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and basic necessities

  • Logistical support to help deliver humanitarian aid from other international charities, including vehicles and many tons of relief supplies

CRITICAL MEDICAL SUPPLIES

Assist Ukraine delivers tactical and emergency medical supplies that are often unavailable locally and essential for survival in combat and evacuation settings.

Medical supplies delivered (Nov 2024 – Nov 2025):

  • 1,500 CAT-7 tourniquets and 300 Dnipro tourniquets (made in Ukraine)

  • 800 chest seals

  • 300 emergency trauma dressings

  • 40 active thermal blankets

  • Evacuation stretchers, hemostatic bandages, burn dressings, hypothermia-prevention gear, medications, and other life-saving items

Ongoing investment:
Medical aid has consistently represented the largest share of funds spent, accounting for over 43% of 2024 expenditures

TACTICAL SURVIVAL EQUIPMENT

We equip Ukrainian defenders and medics with vehicles, energy systems, communications, reconnaissance tools, and protective gear critical for survival and mission success.

Vehicles & Mobility

  • 20 vehicles (jeeps, cars, vans, pickup trucks, two buses, and an ambulance)

  • Vehicle repairs, tires, and mission-specific outfitting

  • Support for evacuations, logistics, and frontline rescue missions

Energy & Communications

  • 41 generators

  • 32 Starlink internet modems (including vehicle-adapted units)

  • 42 high-capacity power stations (0.6–2.4 kWh)

  • 151 power banks (30,000–518,000 mAh)

  • Radios, antennas, tablets, laptops, and field communications equipment

Reconnaissance, Drones & Counter-Drone

  • 16 drones (DJI Mavic 3 / 3 Pro)

  • 12 thermal vision drones

  • 2 thermal anti-Shahed aircraft (Ukrainian-made)

  • 10 radio-electronic drone jammers

  • Anti-drone nets covering 4,500 sq m (≈50,000 sq ft)

  • Surveillance cameras, GoPros for post-flight analysis, and reconnaissance optics

Protective & Survival Gear

  • Helmets, armored vests, plates, and personal protective equipment

  • Thermal clothing, anti-drone ponchos, sleeping bags, and modular sleep systems

  • Hundreds of hand, foot, and body warmers

  • Construction materials for trench shelters and vehicle protection cages
